Luc Plamondon est un producteur et parolier québécois, célèbre notamment pour avoir écrit les paroles des comédies musicales Starmania (avec Michel Berger) en 1978 et Notre-Dame de Paris en 1998. Il a co-écrit la musique de la pièce Lily Passion avec Barbara dans les années 1980, et a également signé de nombreuses chansons pour entre autres Daniel Balavoine, Céline Dion, Isabelle Boulay, Gilbert Bécaud, Robert Charlebois, Petula Clark, Julien Clerc, Richard Cocciante, Patrick Fiori, France Gall, Garou, Johnny Hallyday, Françoise Hardy, Catherine Lara, Patrick Juvet, Noa, Diane Tell, ou encore Julie Zenatti.
