Bobby Ray Simmons, Jr est un auteur, compositeur, chanteur de Hip-Hop, Rock et Rap américain. En 2007, il débute sa carrière avec le mixtape Cloud 9 et l'EP Eastside. En 2008, il met plusieurs mixtapes en téléchargement libre sur internet (Hi! My Name Is B.o.B, Who The F#*k Is B.o.B?, The Future) et se fait connaître. Il collabore ensuite sur des albums de certains artistes, comme Pitbull ou Cobra Starship avant de sortir son 1er album solo, B.o.B Presents The Adventures Of Bobby Ray, sorti en avril 2010. Son 1er single, Nothin' On You, en duo avec Bruno Mars, ainsi que son 2ème titre, Airplanes, en duo avec Hayley Williams (chanteuse du groupe Paramore), connaissent un succès mondial.
